Every six months the space will be taken over by a new chef preparing his/her own food, supported by a professional kitchen crew, a culinary director and a restaurant manager.
Naifa grew up in a home whose heart and soul was hosting guests and feeding them excellent food. After working in banking and accounting for several years, Naifa chose to return to her great love: the kitchen. She’s become an expert in various cooking methods and techniques, gained a tremendous amount of experience, and developed her own culinary voice.
Naifa specializes in the Levantine Cuisine, with a focus on flavors and aromas from Yarka, the Druze village in northern Israel where she grew up. As the new resident chef at L28 Culinary Platform, and as a proud representative of the Druze community, Naifa feels it is her mission to introduce Yarka’s cuisine and culture of hospitality into the beating heart of Israeli cuisine.
