Every six months the space will be taken over by a new chef preparing his/her own food, supported by a professional kitchen crew, a culinary director and a restaurant manager.
Gabriel is an artist and creator in the full sense of the word. Colors and textures are an inseparable part of his life. Gabriel grew up in a house that lived and breathed hospitality and skilled cooking, and from a young age he absorbed the secrets of the profession. His philosophy is to break boundaries and create a new culinary language. Later, Gabriel discovered his love for art through painting and graffiti, sculpture and tattoos – as reflected in the colorful and special menu he created for you.
After several years working in leading restaurants in New York and leaving a mark on the international restaurant industry, Gabriel returned home to explore new Israeli cuisine and the Israeli kitchen in which it is made. It’s a kitchen that represents and welcomes the travels and tastes of a cosmopolitan, vibrant culture, and weaves them back into the unique roots and authenticity of Israeli food.
